First, make sure that you are logged in to AgilQuest Reserve.
To manage your reservations, navigate to the upper right hand corner of the homepage. Click the carat beside your username.
Click on the My Reservations link, this will take you to the "My Reservations & Requests" page. (See screenshot A)
There you may select one of several options: Active Reservations, Draft Reservations, Pending Request and Completed Reservations. You can also sort by Asset Name, Location and Status to easily find the reservation you wish to manage. (See screenshot B)
To update your reservation:
- Click on the reservation name
- If you need to change the start time, click on the date and time field, make the adjustment and submit.
- You can only change the start time if the reservation has not started yet.
- You can change the end time of your reservation to extend it, if the room is still available during that time.
- You may change to a different day as long as the asset is available.
