A recurring meeting is great for users who often occupy the same asset daily, weekly, or even monthly.
To set up a recurring reservation in Agilquest Forum, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Agilquest Forum
- In the reservations search bar, enter the desired Venue, Asset type and date range.
- To enable a recurring reservation, when selecting the end of the date range, toggle the "recurring" option to "on."

- This will prompt the user for what type of recurring reservation they would like to make. Once the desired recurring options are selected, click "apply"

- To enable a recurring reservation, when selecting the end of the date range, toggle the "recurring" option to "on."
- Finally, use "search" to find the desired workspace or collaboration space.
- Once the space has been found, click "submit" and the reservation will be in place.
