If the DMU does not change the existing assets, there could be an issue with the template that was uploaded; therefore, please check the Data Management Utility logs.
To do that, go to your File Explorer and find the Data Management Utility folder and open the Modify Assets Reports.
Select the most recent Modify Assets report file and click to open.
The report will display whether the updates were made successfully, or if any failures occurred. In the example below, you will see that a failure occurred and the reason. In this case, it was because "Office - Prvate" could not be found, where "Prvate" was misspelled.
