An Improved Way to Search
The “Location” search in Forum’s browser interface is now Geo-based; meaning rather than identifying and selecting locations based on a pre-set name, users will now be able to find a location by searching for any part of its address (Street, City, State, Country). Just like they do when searching for airlines, cars and hotels.
How does this change benefit you? Users find it is much more intuitive to search for a place based on an address, only showing the locations relevant to their needs for that time. This also allows for users to more easily find a specific place when they have access to many locations, including organizations who offer use of coworking or other third-party space.
For example, Joe will be traveling from his home office in New York, to a satellite office in Richmond, Va. He doesn’t know the name of the building, but knows the address is on Varina Rd. He can now easily find the best place to work and be confident a space will be ready for him when he arrives.
Find Your Coworkers Quickly
Quickly search for a coworker directly on the home page to see information such as their title, department, mobile or office phone numbers, and any workspace or meeting room reservations for the day or coming days.

Several new Amenities & Attributes have been added for providing additional information about workspaces and meeting rooms:

New Forum Analytics Reports
Floor Plan Seat Assignments
Provides a real-time view of current seat assignments displayed on a floor plan.
Person Presence by Location
Provides a list of people that were present for the provided location(s) and date range.
