Seat Assignments & New Filterable Attributes
Release Notes | August 2021
Easily Set Up Seat Assignments with a “Primary Workspace” Designation
Reserve now makes it easier to set up and manage seat assignments while still maintaining flexibility and control when and where needed. A workspace asset may be designated as a “Primary Workspace” for a User or Users so that, in most cases, the user(s) would only be able to see and book that one workspace. The space will still need to be booked when the user/users plan to be in the office to support capacity regulations and for measuring accurate utilization data.
Filter by Department in Search
There is now an option to set a Department for a particular asset, such a workspace or meeting room. This gives users the ability to filter by Department to quickly find the space they need.
Clone an Asset for Easy Setup
Admins can now use the “Clone Asset” feature, saving time when creating new assets with the same details, amenities, attributes, policies, photos, and settings.
New User Profile Attributes
Employee ID, Org Code, and Business Unit can be added to User Profiles to enable organizations to use this information when needed.
New Attributes Available for Use in the Data Management Utility
Additional attributes can now be updated through Reserve’s Bulk Data Management Utility for easier setup and maintenance of Users. These include some current attributes as well as the new Employee ID, Org Code, Business Unit, and Primary Workspace attributes from this release.
Check In, Check Out, and Cancel Directly from the Exchange Add-In
The Exchange Add-In now includes “action” buttons for checking in and checking out of bookings, eliminating the need to do so from another interface while still capturing that accurate utilization data.
User Data Management API
Clients now have the ability to build their own bulk data management system and process.
