DELEGATES – NEW FUNCTIONALITY
Delegates will be able to check-in, check-out, and manage reservations owned by users for
whom they are a delegate.

SMART SEARCH FOR DEPARTMENT, TITLE, AND BUSINESS UNIT
Say goodbye to the drop-down list box. Fields for Department, Title, and Business Unit will now
use a smart search, just start typing and the item you are looking for will populate. With this
update, there will no longer be a cap of 100 on the number of items allowed in these fields.

SEARCH BY RESERVATION NAME OR CONFIRMATION NUMBER
In the search bar at the top of the web interface, you can now search by Reservation Name and
Confirmation Number as well as User Name and Asset Name.

IMPROVED USE OF GOOGLE API
We’ve improved our use of the Google API to include sublocality when creating a location.

ACTIVITY SECTION IN EVENTS
You can now see the Activity related to an event in the Manage Event screen including when an
Event was created, modified, canceled, or expired.
